πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ How to MAXIMIZE your results these next 6 months

I hope everyone had an awesome July 4th Weekend!

We're officially 6 months into the year at this point.

How has your gym progress been going?

If you haven't gained at least 5-15 lbs of strength (or more) on at least a handful of lifts so far this...

I really think you're shortchanging yourself.

I think you deserve more.

I've been lifting for nearly 20 years now.

And so far this year, with just 4 workouts per week, I have:

βœ… Taken my Flat DB Press from 130 Lb Dumbbells for sets of 4-5 reps to 140 Lb Dumbbells for sets of 4-5 reps.

βœ… Taken my weighted neutral grip pullup from ~50 lbs attached to back up to over 100 lbs attached (+ my 182 lbs bodyweight) for sets of 4-6 reps

βœ… Started a new machine chest press that I never used at my gym and took it from 75% of the weight stack to the entire weight stack plus 10-15 lbs attached

βœ… Maxed out (with extra weight attached) the Chest Fly, Leg Extension, Machine Lateral, Bicep Curl, and several other machines at my gym... with SOLID technique

βœ… Added serious weight and reps to countless other exercises: calf raises, adductors, leg press, pulldowns, tricep extensions, JM presses, 45 degree back extensions, and on and on and on....

I definitely wouldn't have gotten the results I have this year if I trained like everyone else does.

And before you say "yeah... but"

Lemme remind you:

βœ”οΈ I (my wife and I) have 4 young kids Lol - ages 7, 4, 2, and 9 months

βœ”οΈ I'm a full-time stay at home, work from home, dad and majority breadwinner

βœ”οΈ We homeschool, no daycare, no nanny etc
